Number Plates Auction - March 1990

Auction Brochures

Cover for the brochure of the Bonhams number plates auction dated the 1st of March 1990. This auction was held in Knightsbridge, London.

Early lots in this auction failed to reach their guide prices, and those that did were rare to excel - a trend that carried through to the end of this particular auction.

The most expensive number to sell was JS 1, which went for £80,000. One interesting lot was H 15 and HER 5, sold as a pair for a rather romantic £43,000.
