DVLA Auction Brochure - 22nd February 2001
Cover for the brochure of the DVLA number plates auction dated the 22nd of February 2001. The auction was held at Rudding Park near Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
CHR I5Y and 1 EES both had reserve prices of £3,000, and both achieved final hammer prices of £11,000. Meanwhile, SSS 5 achieved £14,000 - much higher than its £2,400 estimate.
T1 MMS made £16,500 (reserve £3,300) and W11 SON raised £17,200 (reserve £2,900). BAS 51, which had a reserve price of £2,600, made £18,000 at auction.
The two highest prices realised at this number plate auction were W1 TCH and V1 NAY which raised £26,500 and £31,000 respectively, and had respective reserve prices of £1,900 and £3,300.
