Cover for the brochure of the DVLA number plates auction dated the 24th of October 2006. The auction was held at the Marriott Forest of Arden in Meriden, Warwickshire.
Three-letter number-ones were again very popular, with MFF 1 having a reserve price of £3,100. All with good reserve prices of £3,200 were 1 SWK, 1 VCJ, 1 WGP, XXS 1, 1 KJR, 1 NSE, 1 RGN, 1 SOX and 1 SVV. Meanwhile, however, the highest reserve prices at this number plates auction were for 1 TJJ, 1 WRP, 1 MUG, PEO 1 and 1 SEY, which each had reserve prices of £3,300.
