Cover for the brochure of the DVLA number plates auction dated the 25th of October 1996. The auction was held during the British International Motorshow at the NEC in Birmingham.
1 HKS, E1 MER, and 1 WJL were estimated at £4,200, and 1 LGM, 1 CPM, 1 HJP, 1 RJK and 1 SJP were given reserves of £4,300. 1 KJS, SHF 1, 1 PRU, 1 KPS and 1 SFS were valued at £4,400.
1 PBS, FEM 1 and 1 MRP were valued at £4,500, and 1 KLS and 1 KFS were estimated at £4,600.
The most valuable plate, however, was 8 M - estimated at £5,900.
