BEB 11 - Thomas Gibbs kindly sent in this photo from the golden age of British motor racing. The car in the photo was owned by Mr B E Bradnack who was the manager of the 1960 British Racing Motors (BRM) team. The team included Jack Brabham and Graham Hill. We are unsure who owns this plate today. It's perfect for anyone with the initials BEB.

5 EE - This plate would be perfect for anyone with the initials EE or SEE. The plate is one of many owned by prestige car dealership Top 555 but is currently for sale through Regtransfers. Tommy Freimuth, founder of the company, said, 'We enjoy number plates. They finish off luxury and performance cars nicely, and personalise them for the discerning customer'.

S444 RNS - This plate is owned by Richard Smith who says, 'The 'S' is for Susan, my wife. 'RNS' are my initials, Richard N Smith. As for the triple 4, well, that number has been with us on every house and flat we have lived in during our many years of marriage. Plus, it was on the plate of the vehicle I courted my wife in, so it has a special meaning for us.'

R17 SEY - Craig Hynd bought this plate for his wife, Rosey, for her 40th birthday. He said, 'I bought her the plate for her 40th birthday. Already having my own plate C4 YND, I thought it would be an ideal present for her. Not even thinking I had a chance of getting one like it but to my surprise, Regtransfers came up tops.'

F19 SHY - There's something Fishy going on here!! This plate could possibly relate to a business name that the owner may be involved in. Or they could just be fans of fish. Whatever the reason, the plate still makes this Lamborghini look extra special. Thanks very much to Brad Norris for sending it in to us.

F4 RTT - If you are lucky enough to own a beautiful Lamborghini, I'm sure you will want to add to its beauty by putting a private plate on it. Although why the owner picked this plate is a bit of a mystery! Of course, their initials may be RTT or it could be linked to a business name. Sometimes, only the owner will know the relevance of their plate.

GE03 REY - The owner of this plate, Geoff Dyer, recently won 2nd prize in the 'Names' category at the Registration Number Club (RNC) Rally. It is a very good example of how a name can be spelt out on a cherished plate and it's certainly an excellent way to add some personalisation to your vehicle.

R11 PSA - This plate may relate to a business name that the owner is involved with. The owner of the car is obviously an England fan as you can see from the flag on the car. When a private plate is put on a car, it makes the car look different straight away and gives it some uniqueness to help it stand out from the crowd.

X8 XAM - This plate is owned by Gerry Taylor and it won a special award in the 'Well Presented Group' at the RNC Rally recently. As soon as a cherished plate is put on a vehicle, it transforms it completely. This Jaguar is already a lovely car and the addition of the plate makes it even more special.

G8 XAM - It is not clear what the relevance of this plate is as XAM are unusual initials. It could be linked in some way to a business name. The car was seen at the RNC Rally. Rallies are really fantastic places where you're guaranteed to see a wide variety of personalised plates. Why not take a look today.
