We are Regtransfers, the UK's largest independent private number plates specialist. The company was established in 1982 and our headquarters are in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. We are registered with the DVLA as a supplier of both personalised registrations and acrylic number plates. We buy and sell private registrations for our own stock and on behalf of clients throughout the UK.

We are here to help from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week and, of course, our website is available 24 hours a day so you can search for your perfect plate or take advantage of our comprehensive range of services.

If we should ever fail to deliver excellent service, we want to hear about it so that we can improve. Complaints and feedback may be sent via our contact form or by post to our registered offices at 139 High Street South, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 3SS.
If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter. The founder of Regtransfers
Tony Brown established the company in 1982 and remains our hands-on managing director to this day. As a young Vauxhall Motors apprentice, Tony already aspired to run a business of his own. His interest in personalised number plates meant that he was equipped to achieve early success in an industry of which many were still unaware. However, that success didn't come without hard work and sacrifice.
